HARVEST NURSERY

The Nursery room and the adjoining Wee Church room are BOTH considered Harvest Nursery defined as:

• Nursery B - (Toddlers) Toddlers ages 2 & 3 in the Wee Church Room and with scheduled workers available for BOTH services (potty trained NOT a requirement).
• Nursery A - (Infants under age 2) - OPEN FOR 9AM SERVICES on the 2nd & 3rd Sundays each month! This will be availble only for 9am service attendees. 

Four year olds: Children who turn 4 yrs old can transition slowly from Nursery B to join the Pre-K & Kinder Class (ages 4-6) in the Bird Room but they must be potty trained and able to use the bathroom facilities unassisted. If they are not ready for the structured activities of this age group they will stay with Nursery B in Wee Church room until they are ready. Thank you for your understanding.

NURSERY CHECK-IN KIOSK - There is a Nursery Check-in Kiosk on the inside of the kids wing entrance only for parents of nursery attendees. This kiosk has a self check-in iPad station & printer for parents to check-in their infant/toddler before room drop-off. Name labels & pick-up tickets will be a colored label for parents & volunteers to differentiate nursery attendees tickets from older siblings tickets. Parents checking in older children ages 4 - 11 must use the lobby check-in stations. White labels will continue to be the identifier for children ages 4-11. Parent pick-up locations and dismissal procedures will be the following:

• Nursery A & B: Parents of infants and toddlers will pick up their children at the rooms where they were checked-in. Parents must provide the pick-up ticket to the nursery volunteer who will scan the ticket and release the child to parent. 
• Kids (Pre-K to 5th grade): Parents of children ages 4-11 will pick up their children at the opposite end of the concourse where children exit the Kids Sanctuary. Parents must provide the white pick-up ticket to the check-out volunteer(s) who will scan the ticket and then release child(ren) to parent. 

HEALTH & SAFETY REQUESTS (All ages)

• Please remember to keep your child home if they are sick with a fever and/or have symptoms that could spread illness to others.
• For safety purposes we are asking that you keep your children from running around in the lobby/concourse or sanctuary areas inside the church building. Thank you!
• Check-in name stickers imply that you are sending your child directly back to kids church to be under the supervision of the kids church team during services. If security or staff find a child wearing a name sticker who is wondering around in the lobby during service, the child will be sent to kids church. Any other arrangements must be communicated with the director to ensure the child's safety. Thank you for your cooperation.
