CHRISTMAS SONG PERFORMANCES

Harvest Kids will be preparing two separate song performances by age group this year for the Christmas season at Harvest! The songs that have been selected and the  performance dates for these age groups are as follows:

• GO TELL IT ON THE MOUNTAIN (ages 4-6) Sunday performance on Dec 21 (both services).
• JESUS MY KING (ages 7-11) Wednesday Dec 24 performance at Christmas Eve service 4pm.

REHEARSAL SCHEDULES & SONG LINKS

AGES 4-6 will begin rehearsing the song GO TELL IT ON THE MOUNTAIN on Sundays during kids church starting NOV 2 for two performances on Sunday Dec 21 (both services). Here is the rehearsal schedule for this age group:

• 6 Sunday rehearsals: 11/2, 11/9, 11/16, 11/23, 11/30, 12/7, 12/17*
• *Tentative* - WED Dec 17 will be a mandatory final tech rehearsal on a Wed to run through on stage and have a sound check in main sanctuary for the Dec 21 performance (both services).
• Dec 14 there is no church service or rehearsal due to The Gift outdoor performance.

Because we are working within a 20 - 30 min rehearsal during kids church for ages 4-6, regular attendance on Sundays is very important to ensure the children are prepared. Thank you!!

AGES 7-11 will rehearse the song JESUS MY KING on Wednesdays at 6pm prior to the kids program. First rehearsal will  be on WED NOV 5 in the kids sanctuary. Rehearsals will be every WED at 6PM to prepare this song for the annual Christmas Eve Service on Dec 24 at 4pm. Here is the rehearsal schedule for this age group:

• 6 Wednesday Rehearsals at 6PM: 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 12/3, 12/10*, 12/17 (No rehearsal on 11/26)
• *Tentative* - 1 Sunday Tech Rehearsal (main sanctuary): 12/21 at 1pm
• *Dec 10 rehearsal TBA

Because we are working within a 45 minute rehearsal for ages 7-11, punctuality is very important for adequate practice time. Wednesday rehearsals will start at 6:00PM and end promptly at 6:45 to allow for transition to program activities on Wednesday nights. Thank you!!
